About Us

In the complex network of stakeholders shaping your vision, we never lose sight of the people at the center of it all.
We've been on the ground as builders, overseen projects as managers, and negotiated hard as contractors. We draw on all that experience to create an environment of mutual trust and respect without ever losing focus on your ultimate goal.

Pressure can come from all sides: cost, deadlines, and personnel. But through honest communication, creative problem-solving, and a focus on human relationships, we bring your project in on time, on budget, and with every detail nailed down, from the structural foundation to the final touches.

Founded by the husband-and-wife duo Ryan and Jessica Weingartner, W Squared knows that the magic happens at the human level. By putting people first, we achieve the exceptional.
Vision Statement

Our vision is to become the “go-to” project resource for achieving excellence in the commercial construction industry by collaborating, consulting, and constructing.

President
Ryan Weingartner’s dedicated and dogged leadership, along with his ability to analyze means and methods as projects evolve have shielded owners from swelling budgets and bloating schedules.

While spending 14 years with Tutor Perini, he hired 45 engineers over four complex projects on the Las Vegas Strip that totaled $1.8 billion in construction. As a project manager he led the development of two high-rise towers that cost more than $1 billion, as well as a $400 million mixed-use project in Queens. He also served as an owner’s representative who managed design and construction teams for a nearly $1 billion project in the Washington, D.C. area.
